Fellowship Application

The Eck Institute for Global Health has established a graduate student fellowship program to support students enrolled in the University of Notre Dame PhD program. Graduate students who have a specific interest in global health and whose research is directed to questions that impact global health are encouraged to apply.

Key Dates

Applications are not currently being accepted. It is anticipated that the next application cycle will open in spring of 2027. The information below outlines the process and requirements for students preparing to apply in a future cycle.

Application Format and Submission

Interested applicants should complete the application form and email the form to Marian Botchway with the subject line “Your Name - Fellowship.”

Application must include:

1. Letter of support from the faculty advisor
2. Advisor’s biosketch, which includes current and pending research support

Please submit the application, letter of support, and biosketch as one PDF file. Incomplete applications will not be reviewed.
