The Department of Biological Sciences at the Univeristy of Notre Dame is pleased to present a seminar by Dr. Shi Chen, a postdoctoral research associate at the University of Tennessee Institute of Agriculture's Biomedical and Diagnostic Sciences. Dr. Chen is a candidate for a faculty position in epidemiology in the College of Science.

The seminar, titled "Understanding Individual, Temporal, and Spatial Heterogeneity in Directly and Indirectly Transmitted Disease Systems," will take place on Thursday, February 6 at 4pm in 283 Galvin Life Science.

A chalk talk will follow at 10am on Friday, February 7 in 190 Galvin.
