Early registration deadline is Friday, April 14, 2017

AGS Registration Fee for Non-Students:
    Symposium ONLY - $350 (after 4/14/17 - $450)

AGS Registration Fee for Students (undergraduate, graduate students, and postdocs):
    Symposium ONLY - $150 (after 4/14/17 - $250)

Included in the AGS Symposium: meeting materials, welcome reception, daily breaks, and dinners on Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Friday and Saturday lunches are on your own.

Arthropod Bioinformatics Workshop Registration Fee:
    Workshop ONLY - $50 

Registration for the DataBase Workshop includes meeting materials, daily breaks and a bag lunch on Wednesday. Dinner is on your own. Lodging must be booked separately.

After April 14, 2017, registration will continue to be accepted if space is available.

REFUND POLICY:  If you must cancel your registration, do so as soon as possible.  Substitutions are encouraged.  A full refund, less a $15 administrative fee, will be made if cancellation is received by 5:00 p.m., Friday, May 26, 2017.  After that date refunds are not available. Refunds cannot be given in amounts less than $5.00. Registrants who do not cancel their registration are responsible for the total conference registration fee even if they do not attend the conference.
